1 individual counseling session per week

1 medication management session with a Nurse Practitioner per week

Weekly sessions with Nurse, Case Manager, and peer recovery support

3-5 group counseling sessions (9-15 hours) per week

1 individual counseling session per week

Medication management session with a Nurse Practitioner

Individual session with a Nurse, as indicated
