Welcome to Leora Primary Substance Use Treatment, where we offer a full outpatient continuum of care for individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. At Leora, we understand the challenges that come with overcoming addiction, and our team of licensed clinicians is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.
Leora is a term that means “my inner light,” and we believe that everyone has the potential to find their own inner light and overcome the challenges of addiction. Our team of LCDCIII, LICDC, LSW, LISW, LPC, and LPCC are trained in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help individuals on their journey toward recovery.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
is a form of therapy that focuses on helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may contribute to their substance abuse. Through CBT, individuals can learn skills to manage their thoughts and emotions in a more healthy and adaptive way, leading to lasting recovery.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
is another evidence-based therapy that helps individuals overcome ambivalence about change and engage in treatment. MI is a non-confrontational and collaborative approach that helps individuals explore and resolve their own ambivalence about making positive changes in their lives.
Group Therapy
In addition to individual therapy, we also offer group therapy sessions led by our licensed clinicians. These groups provide a supportive space for individuals to process and heal from their experiences, and to learn from and support one another. We believe that group therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth, and we encourage our clients to consider participating in these groups as part of their treatment plans.
Case Management
At Leora, our case management program is designed to help individuals on their recovery journey by providing support and guidance as they navigate the challenges ahead. Our team of licensed clinicians and support staff works closely with each individual to provide the case management resources and guidance they need to make lasting changes in their lives. We believe that with the right support and resources, anyone can overcome the challenges of addiction and find success in recovery.
Peer Support
Peer Support is another important aspect of our treatment approach at Leora. We believe that support from peers who have gone through similar experiences can be an invaluable resource for individuals in recovery.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
is another option we offer at Leora. MAT involves the use of medication, such as Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, to help individuals manage their cravings and withdrawal symptoms while they work toward lasting recovery. Our team of clinicians will work with individuals to determine the best medication-assisted treatment plan that includes medication as needed.
