1 medication management session with a Nurse Practitioner per week

Weekly sessions with Nurse, Case Manager, and peer recovery support

Full Continuum Of Outpatient Care from full day treatment to outpatient once per week

We Treat Individuals With Substance Use Disorder & Mental Health Diagnosis’
